We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you change your mind for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding postage) or exchange within 14 days from date of delivery, however some exclusions apply:
All returned products must be in an unused and resalable condition.
All returns to be sent via a tracked and signature service.
Personalised products are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or refund.
Customised products are excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or refund.
You have the right to cancel the contract you have formed with us when you purchased our products online at ashfordlasers.co.uk, for any reason and at any time within the cancellation period.
Our cancellation period is very short, as we start to process orders as soon as they're received. Therefore, please email immediately should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund. If the order has already been processed, you will need to take delivery of your order and then return it to us.

Item(s) will need to be returned, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days from delivery date. The return address is RETURNS, Ashford Lasers, 10 Deyley Way, Singleton, Ashford, Kent TN23 5HX.
You are responsible for payment of all postage costs to return the item(s). We strongly recommend using a trackable and signed for service, as Ashford Lasers cannot be held responsible for items missing in transit.
Once the item(s) has been received in the office, we shall fully inspect the product(s) and once we are satisfied that it has not been used and in a resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
If the products returned are unsalable, we will use our discretion as to whether to issue a partial refund.
PERSONALISATION AND CUSTOMISATION
Products that have been personalised or customised are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to offer any exchanges, or refunds if you've changed your mind, dislike the product or entered the wrong personalisation details.
Please ensure that all texts, dates, spellings etc. are correct at the time of purchase as Ashford Lasers cannot be held responsible by customer error. No refund will be given for customer error.
ASHFORD LASERS’ ERROR
In the very rare instance where Ashford Lasers have made an error, we will replace the product and dispatch it to you, but no refund will be given.
