Service Description

Welcome to the Ashford Lasers Client Drop-off & Collection Booking system. We understand your time is valuable. This dedicated scheduler is designed to give you a smooth, stress-free, and quick visit to our facility, whether you are initiating a new project or finalising a completed one. How It Works: Drop-off: If you are bringing materials for a laser cutting, engraving, or marking service, please select an appointment to ensure a member of our team is ready to receive your items, confirm your order details, and answer any final pre-service questions. Collection: If your project is completed and you have been notified that your goods are ready, please select an appointment slot to guarantee that your finished items are prepared, signed off by quality control, and ready for an immediate handover upon your arrival. - All appointments are scheduled for a 15-minute window to maximise efficiency. - Please ensure you arrive promptly within your booked 15-minute window. - Booking your slot is required to manage our workflow effectively, minimise waiting times, and maintain our high standards of service organisation. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all our clients and maintain the efficiency of our service operations, we have the following policy regarding the Client Visit Booking slots: 1. Booking Duration and Lateness All booked slots are for a 15-minute duration only. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your visit, depending on the day's schedule. You may be asked to wait until the next available slot or to immediately reschedule your appointment. 2. Rescheduling Your Appointment You can easily reschedule your appointment using the dedicated link provided in your original booking confirmation email. We request that you reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your original appointment time. This allows us to re-open the slot for another client who may need it. There is no charge for rescheduling. 3. Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email as soon as possible. While there is no penalty for cancelling a standard drop-off or collection slot, we strongly encourage you to cancel as soon as your plans change. 4. No-Shows A "No-Show" is defined as a failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or communication. While we understand that issues can arise, repeated no-shows (e.g., three or more instances) may require you to contact us directly to arrange your next drop-off or collection, rather than using the online booking system, to ensure commitment to the time slot.
