ARTWORK
Let us know what you want to put onto the gift to personalise it and if there's any specific fonts you want us to use.
QUOTE
When we receive your quote request to personalise your gift, we will get back to you with a quote.
PROCESS ORDER
If you're happy to proceed, we'll request payment and confirm your order.
PERSONALISE
We'll prepare the artwork to personalise your gift and complete the personalisation process.
DISPATCH
Your completed personalised gift will be ready for dispatch (or if local we can arrange an appointment for collection).

Can we purchase our own gifts to be personalised?
Absolutely! Yes, please do purchase your gift and let us do the personalisation for it.
Do you provide gifts to be engraved?
We don't actually provide gifts to be engraved.
However, our sister company The Little Gift Cabin may have something for you – please check out the website as we have many personalised gifts for any occasion.
Do you create the artwork or do we have to provide it?
If it's text like Happy Birthday; a small message or similar, we will create the artwork for you.
If you wanted something more complicated, like a logo or graphic we ask that you create it and provide it for us to use.
Can you personalise a gift with logos, for example football logos?
No, unfortunately due to copyright laws, we are unable to engrave ANY copyrighted logos, images or graphics.
