We were approached by ORCA Computers to supply and manufacture custom foam inserts as per the client’s design proofs, 

We started by laser cut all the designs out of the foam into layers ready to be heat bonded together to create the perfect foam inserts as per there design proofs.

The file and settings were kept for their future orders
