Securing a quote for any of our services is a breeze. To ensure an accurate estimate, we rely on gathering as much project information as possible, enabling us to envision the final outcome. The key to this process is having your project's artwork or design file.

If you possess artwork files in formats such as CDR, AI, EPS, SVG, DXF, or DWG, kindly upload them through our convenient quote form.
Don't fret if you lack pre-existing artwork files. We're here to assist you! Simply provide a hand-drawn rough sketch of your project, inclusive of all measurements. With this, we can provide you with a quote for creating the necessary artwork. Once the artwork is ready, we'll then be able to provide a quote for the completed project.
Our quotes are determined by various factors, including artwork adjustments, machine time estimates, material costs, changeovers, machine setup, cleanup, and any additional finishing methods. The accuracy of your project estimate hinges on having comprehensive project details.
Please note that we cannot provide quotes over the phone or offer estimates without visual references.

We require your name, company, email and contact number so we can contact you if we have any questions, and of course, to send you our quote.
APPLICATION
Tell us what your project is; what you're making, how it will be used, whether it’s a prototype. Please include sizes and dimensions in mm.
MATERIALS
What material(s) and thickness are preferred? Will you supply your own or would you like us to source and supply? If supplying a product for engraving/marking, please let us know its overall dimensions (w x l x h) and most importantly what it's made from.
QUANTITY
How many units would you like to be quoted for? If you're not sure how many at the moment, please give us an estimate; or we can quote for a single unit until you know the actual quantity. Costs will vary, single and small unit orders will cost more than larger ones.
TIMELINES + DEADLINES
We aim to get a quote to you within one to two working days, but this may vary during our busy times. Orders should typically be dispatched within 5-7 working days - although this will depend on the complexity of the design, design approval, quantities ordered and payment.
We offer a 24hr and 48hr service if required. Please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate your deadline.

COLLECTION OR DELIVERY
Orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service or ParcelForce (where available). We may use an alternative delivery method if appropriate. You're welcome to use your own courier to collect, just let us know.
If you're local, we can arrange an appointment for you to come and collect your order.

ARTWORK FILES
Please ensure your artwork files are VECTOR FILES so we can work on, upscale/downscale and convert to our laser software.
Accepted vector file types: ai, svg, cdr, dxf, dwg, eps (zip).
We can accept PDF files and high resolution bitmap files (pdf, jpg, png) - although, these will require more alteration to get them to laser-ready files.
