Securing a quote for your laser cutting, engraving, or metal marking project is simple and straightforward. To provide an accurate estimate, we require as much detail as possible about your project, ensuring we fully understand your vision and requirements. The most crucial element in this process is your project's artwork or design file.

If you have artwork files in formats such as CDR, AI, EPS, SVG, DXF, or DWG, simply upload them through our quote form.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a pre-existing artwork file! We can assist you; just provide a hand-drawn sketch with all necessary measurements.
From there, we’ll provide a quote for creating the required artwork, followed by a final quote for the completed project.
Our pricing is based on several factors, including artwork adjustments, machine time, material costs, setup, cleanup, and any additional finishing methods. The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.
Please note that we are unable to provide quotes over the phone or offer estimates without visual references.

How to Fill in the Quote Form
1. Contact Details
Please provide your name, company (if applicable), email, and contact number. This allows us to reach out if we have any questions and ensures you receive your quote promptly.
2. Application
Tell us about your project, ie. what are you making? How will it be used? Is it a prototype? Be sure to include dimensions in millimetres (mm).
3. Materials
Specify the material(s) and thickness you prefer. Will you be supplying your own materials, or would you like us to source and supply them? If you are supplying an item for engraving or marking, let us know its overall dimensions (W x L x H) and, most importantly, what it’s made from.
4. Quantity
How many units would you like a quote for? If you’re unsure, we can provide an estimate for a single unit or different quantities to help you decide. Please note that costs will vary, single and small batch orders typically cost more per unit than larger volume orders.
5. Timelines & Deadlines
We aim to provide quotes within 1-2 working days, though this may vary during busy periods. Orders are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days, depending on design complexity, approval, quantity, and payment.
Need it sooner? We offer 24-hour and 48-hour express services; contact us before ordering to check availability.
6. Collection or Delivery
We ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD (where applicable). Alternative delivery methods may be used if necessary. You’re welcome to arrange your own courier for collection; just let us know in advance. If you're local, we can arrange an appointment for you to collect your order in person.
7. Artwork Files
Ensure your artwork is in a vector file format so we can scale and convert it for our laser software.
Accepted vector file types: AI, SVG, CDR, DXF, DWG, EPS (zipped if necessary).
