Discussing your ideas in real time allows you to clearly explain your vision and receive instant technical advice. During your virtual session, you will connect directly with Darren, our experienced specialist in engineering, design and laser machining. How Darren can assist you during your session: ARTWORK & FILE REFINEMENT: Reviewing and tweaking your vector artwork, CAD files or design layouts for optimal cutting/engraving. MATERIAL SELECTION: Recommending the best substrates, acrylics, woods or metals for your specific application. LASER CAPABILITIES: Advising on precision tolerances, edge finishes and customisation possibilities. PROJECT FEASIBILITY: Exploring custom options to ensure your project is executed to perfection while keeping costs efficient. While we do not host in-person meetings at our facility, this virtual video session provides all the benefits of a face-to-face discussion without requiring travel time.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a productive session for every client and protect our daily workflow, please note our brief consultation guidelines: 1. Format & Duration: Sessions are held strictly online via Zoom and run for 30 minutes with a 10-minute buffer. 2. Booking Notice: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow our team to review your project details beforehand. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Need to change your slot? You can easily reschedule or cancel free of charge using the link in your confirmation email. We kindly request notice as soon as your plans change so we can open the slot for another client. 4. Preparing for Your Call: To get the most out of your 30 minutes, please have any artwork files, material ideas or project measurements ready to discuss.
