We value your time. Booking ahead keeps your visit seamless, quick and stress-free. DROP-OFF: Bringing materials or products for laser cutting, engraving or marking? Book a slot so our team is ready to receive your items, confirm order details and answer any pre-service questions. COLLECTION: Once you have been notified that your order is complete, book a slot to guarantee your items are prepared, quality-checked and ready for immediate handover upon arrival. - All appointments are scheduled for a 15-minute window to maximise efficiency. - Please ensure you arrive promptly within your booked 15-minute window. - Booking your slot is required to manage our workflow effectively, minimise waiting times, and maintain our high standards of service organisation. Cancellation Policy
* Arrive Promptly: All slots are 15 minutes. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule so we can accommodate scheduled clients. * Location & Arrival: Our facility operates from a dedicated workshop on a quiet residential road. To help us maintain great relationships with our neighbours, please park considerately when arriving and avoid blocking neighbour's access and driveways. * Need to Change Your Slot? You can reschedule or cancel free of charge using the link in your confirmation email (we kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice). * Ready for Pickup? Please only book a collection slot after receiving notification that your completed order is ready.
