Illuminated Table Centrepieces for Corporate Events
Dynamic Events required a series of bespoke table centrepieces that served a dual purpose: clear guest wayfinding and prominent brand visibility. The challenge was to design and manufacture acrylic inserts that would perfectly fit their existing light-box hardware while maximising the "glow" effect of the illumination.
We designed a set of clear acrylic inserts specifically engineered for bottom-up illumination. When the laser engraves the surface of the acrylic, it "disturbs" the material, allowing light from the base to catch the edges of the design; a process known as edge-lighting.
After the client approved the digital proofs, we laser-engraved the intricate company branding and table numbers before precision-cutting each panel to size. To ensure a premium, crystal-clear appearance, every piece underwent a professional polishing process to remove any dust or marks from the acrylic. The final result provided a sophisticated, glowing focal point for every table at the event.
