High-Volume Industrial Branding for the Catering Sector
Neville UK required a large-scale branding solution for their professional thermal catering jugs. The project involved marking hundreds of units with "TEA", "COFFEE" and "MILK" on both sides of each vessel. The requirements included manging high-volume logistics and ensuring every mark was perfectly level and durable enough for the rigorous cleaning standards of the catering industry.
This project showcased our ability to manage large-scale inventory and precision technical marking. We processed three full pallets of boxed inventory, managing the end-to-end workflow of unboxing, preparation, marking and repacking.
To ensure the text was perfectly horizontal on the tapered surface of the jugs, we created a custom Lego® jigging system. This allowed us to cradle the jugs at the precise angle required for a level mark. We applied a specialised metal marking compound to the target areas, which was then fused to the stainless-steel via laser annealing. This process leaves a permanent, jet-black mark that is flush with the metal, ensuring it is both food-safe and resistant to industrial dishwashing. Every unit was cleaned and re-boxed to retail standards before being palletised for return.
