The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ashford Lasers of 10 Deyley Way, Singleton, Ashford, Kent TN23 5HX, UK.

The terms “you”, “your” and “you’re” refer to customers who purchase products from this website.

This website is managed and regularly updated by Ashford Lasers and we may amend these terms and conditions at any time.


  • Generic products will be made and dispatched generally within 1-3 business days as they are made to order.

  • Personalised and customised products will be designed, made and dispatched generally within 7-10 business days – although this time-frame can change due to various factors but you will be contacted with an approximate schedule to production.


  • UK FREE Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class). Est. delivery in 3-5 working days. 

  • UK STANDARD Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class). Est. delivery in 3-5 working days.



  • We don’t offer our products for international delivery at the current time. 


  • When orders are dispatched, you will be notified by email with a tracking number (if available) and estimated delivery timescale.

  • These delivery timescales are managed by Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide and are completely out of our control.

  • Please allow at least 7 business days for UK deliveries. 

  • If you do not receive your orders after these timescales, please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail to find out about your order.


  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address details are correct at checkout and at submitting your order. 

  • Ashford Lasers will not be held responsible for "customer error" if your order is not delivered as a result of the wrong delivery information given.

  • Should this occur and we receive the order back to the office, we can resend the order to the correct address once the additional postage payment has been made.


  • In the unlikely but unfortunate event that your order has been received damaged, you MUST report the damage with photographic evidence to Dreams & Confetti within 48 hours of delivery, via email at info@ashfordlasers.co.uk.

  • ​Damaged products must be received by Ashford Lasers to qualify for a replacement.

  • Please email us then return the damaged product and it's packaging to us at RETURNS, Ashford Lasers, 10 Deyley Way, Singleton, Ashford, Kent TN23 5HX as soon as possible.

  • We strongly suggest using a tracked/signed for service for peace of mind.

  • All replacements will be a "like for like" product only.
